Shipping

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Prepaid only. Delivered in under 7 days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Free delivery on every order. Shipping is already in the price, so the total shown at checkout is what you pay.

You get a tracking link by email and SMS, and on WhatsApp if you opted in, as soon as the courier picks up your parcel.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because these are consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or incorrect order. Write to info@flyingfoxenergy.com or WhatsApp 9594661403 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the pack. We will send a replacement or refund the item in full.

Cancellations. You can cancel before your order is packed. Call 9594661403 or email us the same day. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Refund timeline. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. If you enter your phone number at checkout but do not complete the order, we may contact you once about that order. If you subscribe, we also use your phone and email to send offers and event invites. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

We use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies on your device.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the courier, payment and messaging partners needed to fulfil your order, and when required by law.

Fox Squad & Fox 30

Fox Squad membership. Every paid order on flyingfoxenergy.com makes the buyer a Fox Squad member. Membership is free, personal to the buyer and linked to the phone number and email used at checkout. Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not count.

What members get. Members may receive event invites, members-only offers and early access to new drops. Benefits are offered at our discretion, may change and have no cash value.

Fox Squad starter kit. Each 30-Day Fox Pack order ships with one free Fox Squad starter kit while stocks last. Contents may vary. If kits run out, we will say so on the product page.

Fox 30 challenge entry. Buying the 30-Day Fox Pack enters you in the Fox 30 challenge for the challenge period running at the time of purchase. One entry per order. Entrants must be 18 or older and resident in India.

How winners are picked. Challenge rules, tasks and the scoring method are shared with entrants by email or WhatsApp at the start of each challenge. The top finishers on that scoring win free race entries. The number of prizes, the races and the entry dates are announced with each challenge.

Prizes. Race entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel, stay and other costs are not included. If a race is cancelled we will offer an equivalent entry where possible.

Fair play. We may disqualify entries that are fake, duplicated or break the challenge rules. Our decision on results is final. We may change or end the programme with notice on this page.

Your data. We use your contact details to run the Fox Squad and the Fox 30 challenge as described in our Privacy policy. Winners may be asked to agree to their name and city being shared.

FOX10. FOX10 is applied automatically. It takes 10% off orders with 3 or more gummy packs, the Hazelnut Chocolate Spread and Breakfast of Champions. It does not apply to single or double gummy packs or other products, and cannot be combined with other codes.

Terms of Use

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older. Slow Melt Gummies contain caffeine and are not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine.

Our products are nutraceutical and Ayurvedic wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices, offers and coupon codes at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
